Founded in 1979, Tatiara Meat Company (TMC) has grown to be Australia's largest exporter of chilled lamb. We are part of Swift Australia (www.jbsswift.com.au).

Our modern equipped processing facility is located in Bordertown, South Australia, the heart of Australia's major lamb growing region. Proximity to our growers enables us to maintain the quality of our product from paddock to plate.

When ordering our Free Range lamb products we can assure you our livestock have been grazing on wide open pastures for the majority of their lives and are guaranteed to contain:
